Catch our funny choking getOccupantInfo and log the failure prior to

allowing things to get out of hand. Since getOccupantInfo may normally
return null, doing so in our strange failure case will not cause further
freakout.

modes: INFO, FEEDBACK, or ATTENTION.
- Cleaned up methods for sending those system messages.
- on the server: sendInfo(), sendFeedback(), sendAttention()

Clear out our body's location when we log off because with the new client

reference counting thing, we can't rely on a user's object being destroyed
immediately after they log off. Better to ensure that their location will
always be cleared so that location interested entities will be properly
notified.
