Don't actually register our scene manager until all of the our subclasses
have finished running didStartup. This is a little hacky, but it's far easier than requiring that all our subclasses call super() at the end, and booching it if someday they don't. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://src.earth.threerings.net/narya/trunk@3009 542714f4-19e9-0310-aa3c-eee0fc999fb1
