mdb c176b45bab Added shuffle support. When this whole business is rewritten to use

mdb 21e4e1a38f It's possible that the entry will have already been partially for some

mdb fa549b8f0c Added a header to the category browser; removed some old setOpaque() 
calls; made the chooser use most of the vertical height of the screen and
modified the split-pane to start with a 50/50 split.

mdb 8dee2816b1 Added ability to pop back to previous panels. Only the first two panels

mdb 3f17073fec Added mechanism for reporting the "playing" state of the music server. 
Automatically query the playing state after requesting a command that is
likely to modify it.

mdb bbfcaee576 Don't abort the whole ripping process if one track fails to rip. Also 
report the branchdir and entryid at the completion of the importing
process so that the user can rerip particular tracks if necessary.

mdb 4057710901 Modified code to use new repository services. Created proper configuration 
files rather than hardcoding configuration in classes. Made startup error
