Break out the actual doing of the broadcast so that just that can be overridden.

rather than having the ChatDirector listen for location changes from the
location director. This allows us to have multiple location directors work with
the same chat director as long as we're only in one place in one of the
location directors at a time.

channel distributed objects but rather resolves the location of all channel
participants on every message delivery so that we don't have to attempt the
very fragile process of having every server that hosts a channel participant
maintain a subscription to the chat channel object on another peer.

On msoy you "log off" when you switch servers, which I think

How was this not a problem before? Maybe we just got lucky
on yohoho and never had an npp say something with filterable
words in the translation key.

This is sorta wacked. Grumble. I wish there was a pointer to the class always,
instead of the language letting anonymous functions be a "constructor".
This may not always work if a subclass of OccupantInfo is loaded into a sub-domain.

services that require the use of an otherwise unreferenced class or symbol take
care of referencing that class or symbol themselves, so that if you use
LocationDirector, say, all the needed classes are properly included.

to write everything in two languages, and now have to take special care that
things written in one of those languages works properly in a wholly separate

ChatCodes.PLACE_CHAT_TYPE that gets used for any feedback generated from the tell process. This
will allow chat systems that display tells in a custom way (tabs) to distinguish tell-related
feedback from other feedback.

be extended to contain the sceneId by Whirled (Vilya's Whirled, though also
Whirled Whirled by extension) so that we don't end up with problems where
BodyObject.location changes but BodyObject.sceneId remains stale. This won't
impact Yohoho because the Yohoho client is always in a scene, it uses a
separate mechanism to track games, whereas Whirled's natural usage is to move
between scenes and non-scenes.
