Michael Bayne 962326fcaf Revamped the way BodyObject.location is tracked. Now we use an object which can
be extended to contain the sceneId by Whirled (Vilya's Whirled, though also
Whirled Whirled by extension) so that we don't end up with problems where
BodyObject.location changes but BodyObject.sceneId remains stale. This won't
impact Yohoho because the Yohoho client is always in a scene, it uses a
separate mechanism to track games, whereas Whirled's natural usage is to move
between scenes and non-scenes.

Ray Greenwell 1867645802 Did away with hackery where some chat types were initializing their own client info.

Michael Bayne 2ec9d50b6f Dispatch tell failures via a TellFeedbackMessage so that we can easily route
them to the appropriate ChatDisplay when we're doing chat in IM-style
individual windows.

Ray Greenwell dca9072595 Changed the TellFeedbackMessage to be a special kind of UserMessage.
It was always a little special, since it's dispatched from the client, but
I want it to be handled like other messages so that we can recolor
different parts of the message as I do in metasoy.

Ray Greenwell 091c7d2401 Checkpoint. This is not compiling right now due to three annoying problems:
- There seems to be a compiler bug that causes classes to be
imported spuriously, or something. Classes that import only one of the Log
classes are complaining about visibility of more than one of them.
- static constants are not inherited by subclasses, which is super annoying.
I will try switching to prototype consts, but there seems to be a problem
initializing those, and we don't want to make them vars...
- The fact that there are no inner classes combined with no method overloading
is making things very inconvenient. I've been experimenting with faking
an anonymous class by instantiating a dynamic object and attaching
functions to it, but it's not working. I'll continue experimenting, because
if we can't do this then someone shoot me.
