Michael Bayne 64bed2eb12 Created SceneCodes, moved scene invocation service codes into there. 
Changed SceneManager to SceneDirector. Updated to deal with
LocationManager name change. Clean, clean, clean.

Michael Bayne 89293034c8 A whirlwind of whirled updates. Moving from scene to scene seems to mostly 
work now. Scene activation is implemented. Some tests are written.
