Changed the SpotScene parser to handle the new Portal, and to cope
with Location subclasses as easily as possible. Subclassing the ruleset and returning a different instance for Location should do the trick. git-svn-id: svn+ssh://src.earth.threerings.net/narya/trunk@4077 542714f4-19e9-0310-aa3c-eee0fc999fb1
